Our quality department ensures rigorous quality control at every stage with close management of the entire manufacturing chain from the choice of raw materials to packaging.


For guaranteed quality assurance, each manufacturing process is subjected to the following procedures:
  • Management and control of raw materials,
  • Strict hygiene regulations for personnel, premises and equipment,
  • Management of manufacturing processes,
  • Rigorous control and approval of each stage,
  • Identification of allergens.

TRACEABILITY

The production of recipes is rigorously controlled using HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) procedures which enable the determination of the critical points in each process.

Our quality department thereby makes food safety a priority.
